Departure Approx 7:00am from Melbourne
Enjoy one of the world`s most spectacular coastal drives! After leaving Melbourne early morning we escape the city traveling towards the surf coast highway passing through some spectacular beaches. As we twist and wind along the spectacular Great Ocean Road taking advantage of the awesome coastal photo opportunities, we take a moment out of the busy schedule for morning tea and biscuits by the beach. Along the way we stop in Kennett River to see cuddly koalas in the wild, only accessible when traveling in small vehicles.

Travel to Apollo Bay for café lunch. After lunch we stretch our legs with a short walk whilst exploring a magnificent ancient rainforest, admiring some of the world’s tallest trees in the Otway National Park. Travel through the rolling hills towards Port Campbell National Park, before heading to the breath-taking 12 Apostles. Why not take a helicopter ride while you`re there? Learn about the tragic tales of the Shipwreck coast and view the extraordinary rock formations at Loch Ard Gorge and then either checkout the fallen London Bridge or venture down the Gibson Steps. (Weather dependent)

Sit back, relax and reflect on an action packed day full of nature walks, wildlife, surf beaches, incredible rock formations and spectacular coastal views heading towards Melbourne. Stop in the township of Colac for dinner (own expense).
