RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is a pre-requisite for all interns enrolled into the hospitality internship program.

The RSA course can be completed online within 4 weeks on the Southbank Institute of Technology web site. This program gives you the knowledge and skills to provide responsible service of alcohol. It is important for all interns working in licensed establishments in Australia to know their responsibilities and obligations for serving alcohol.

Southbank Institute of TAFE also offers instructor support and assistance. The cost for the course is AUD $85. Online training gives you access to all reading and examination material at times suited to your needs. Southbank Institute of TAFE ensures you successfully complete the program through continual support from online mentors during business hours.
